Aaron Rodgers delivered a Hail Mary toss to fellow former Green Bay Packers player Allen Lazard on Monday night, giving the New York Jets a touchdown just before halftime in their eventual 23-20 loss to the Buffalo Bills .

It was the latest addition to Rodgers' portfolio of Hail Mary moments, with three largely unforgettable instances during his career with the Packers.

Take a look back at those tosses:

Dec. 3, 2015: The Miracle in Motown

The Packers were down to the Detroit Lions on "Thursday Night Football," 20-0, at a time when the team's playoff hopes were dwindling. Green Bay had lost the week to the Chicago Bears before on Thanksgiving in a rain-soaked game at Lambeau Field, 17-13, an outcome that spoiled a reunion featuring Brett Favre and Bart Starr.

But this game took a dramatic turn and ended in the craziest way possible. Rodgers' 61-yard touchdown pass to Richard Rodgers gave the Packers a 27-23 win and became instantly one of the great throws in Rodgers' career. The snap came on an untimed down after a facemask penalty granted the Packers one last gasp.

Green Bay went on to win three straight games, then won a playoff opener before falling to Arizona in overtime. Which brings us to ...

Jan. 16, 2016: Two Rodgers Hail Marys for the price of one

Jeff Janis carved out a fun little niche for Packers fans. The speedy Michigander mostly contributed on special teams, but in the playoffs, he was the recipient of what could essentially be regarded as consecutive prayers for an overtime-forcing touchdown in the playoffs.

Rodgers was somehow able keep the Packers alive in the final moments of the divisional round, finding Janis on fourth-and-20 for a 60-yard completion that registered a first down with 30 seconds left. That set up the quick sequel.

Feeling immediate pressure, Rodgers spun around and rolled left, and he was 15 yards behind the line of scrimmage by the time he threw the ball with an Arizona defender in his face. Janis outjumped a pair of defensive backs with double zeroes on the clock , and Green Bay was able to tie the game at 20-20. The Packers forced overtime before the story took a turn for the worse; Larry Fitzgerald's 75-yard catch and run set up a game-winning touchdown to eliminate the Packers, 26-20.

Jan. 8, 2017: Randall Cobb awaits in another playoff game

The third in Rodgers' Hail Mary trinity came in the final moments of the first half of a playoff battle at Lambeau Field against the New York Giants. Just over 2 minutes after another absurd touchdown pass to Davante Adams, Green Bay had the ball at New York’s 42 with 6 seconds to play. Rodgers rolled a few steps to his right and uncorked a pass toward the end zone. Four Giants were in the area, but it dropped right over their hands to Randall Cobb just in front of the end line to close out the half.

The Packers, who had trailed 6-0 before the Adams touchdown, now had a 14-6 lead at the break, on their way to a 38-13 triumph.
