Like Father, Like Son: Video Shows Donald Trump Jr. Call His Teen Daughter ‘Sexy’ At RNC

A s the saying goes, the proverbial apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.

Video footage posted to social media by Donald Trump Jr. shows him describing his teenage daughter as “sexy” ahead of her speech at the Republican National Convention (RNC) on Wednesday night.

The clip that was posted to Trump Jr.’s TikTok account is reminiscent of the kind of rhetoric expressed by Donald Trump Sr. about his own daughter, Ivanka – particularly when she was also a teenager.

In case you missed it, Kai Trump, 17, took to the RNC stage to help make the case for her grandfather’s presidential candidacy.

“I’m speaking today to share the side of my grandpa that people don’t often see,” Kai Trump told RNC attendees . “To me, he’s just a normal grandpa. He gives us candy and soda when our parents aren’t looking. He always wants to know how we’re doing in school.”

But before she uttered those words, her dad recorded a selfie video showing him and his daughter getting glammed up by a makeup squad.

“Kai, what do you think?” Trump Jr. asked his daughter. “Getting makeup, make me look sexy like you?”

The two shared a laugh after she answered in the affirmative.

But that was likely anything but a moment of levity to those who remember the things Trump Sr. has said about Ivanka Trump, both in childhood and adulthood.

Trump Sr. has a documented history of sexually objectifying Ivanka, including notable instances like the time he called her “hot” during a Miss Teen USA pageant in 1997. Trump Sr. has also called Ivanka “voluptuous” and “a piece of ass.”

While those instances took place when Ivanka, now 42, was a juvenile, the lascivious commentary from Trump Sr. about his oldest daughter has continued through the years well into her adulthood, as documented by the Independent .

That includes the time in 2006 when he told Howard Stern that “if Ivanka weren’t my daughter, perhaps I’d be dating her.”

Even though he acknowledged that comment was “horrible,” Trump Sr. repeated such musing nearly a decade later in a Rolling Stone interview when he said, “If I weren’t happily married and, ya know, her father . . .’”

Not to be outdone, a book released last year and authored by one of Trump Sr.’s former presidential administration officials alleged that type of talk continued in the White House.

The Mercury News reported :

“Aides said he talked about Ivanka Trump’s breasts, her backside, and what it might be like to have sex with her, remarks that prompted Kelly to remind the president that Ivanka was his daughter,” writes Miles Taylor, a former chief of staff at the Department of Homeland Security, in his new book, according to Newsweek.

The RNC’s week-long festivities are set to come to an end on Thursday when Trump Sr. is expected to formally accept the Republican Party’s nomination for president during a speech that is happening less than a week after a would-be assassin shot him in his right ear during a rally in western Pennsylvania.

Despite all of the above, a new poll of voters in crucial swing states released Thursday found that Trump Sr. is maintaining an advantage over incumbent President Joe Biden, who is the subject of growing calls from his own Democratic Party to drop out of the race in favor of a candidate who can win the 2024 election.
