Lisbon’s new water tower aims to improve water pressure
LISBON, Ohio (WKBN) – A new water tower is taking shape in Lisbon. Workers are continuing the work on the 150-foot tower, which will hold about 500,000 gallons of water. The new tower, including water lines from the treatment plant and a new pumping station, is part of a project that costs about $4.2 million, most of which has been paid for by grants, but water customers have seen roughly a 3 percent bump in rates over the last few years.
