Hundreds were feline fine (no regrets about typing that) on Wednesday night, as people gathered in the Lowry Hill East neighborhood — aka The Wedge — for a simple reason. Cats.

"What do we want? Cats! When do we want them? Now!" attendees chanted as they gleefully marched through the neighborhood for the seventh annual Wedge LIVE cat tour, per Taylor Dahilin on X.

The annual event is organized by Wedge LIVE founder John Edwards, who had 22 planned stops on this year's parade. Residents signed up to put their cats on display, but there were also plenty of surprise additions — delightfully termed "bonus cats" — as cats perched in windows or owners, discovering what the crowd was all about, brought their cats to windows and porches.

There was also a memorial for a cat named Pickles, who had participated in past cat tours.

Check out some images shared on social media from the cat tour to meet Trinket, Romeow, Binx, Cosmo, and other cats.
