Vikings quarterback Sam Darnold seems to be a big fan of the Hawk Tuah girl

If you've been on Tik Tok, Twitter, Facebook, Myspace, Xanga or AOL Messenger in the last two weeks, then you've seen the Hawk Tuah girl in a million different memes. The girl behind it is a spring factory worker from Tennessee and her real name is Hailey Welch. She's planning to be a big deal pretty soon. She's got management and everything.

After going radio silent, she did her first public interview earlier this week on the Plan Bri Uncut show for Barstool Sports. The show put out an Instagram promo for the interview and NFL fantasy football personality Stephanie Smalls noticed new Vikings quarterback Sam Darnold gave the picture a heart emoji.

No word on whether the quarterback and Jack Quaid (Huey from The Boys) look alike is single, but if he is, perhaps he's looking to shoot his shot. If that's the case, then I'm sure Vikings fans all over the country will support him as long as he doesn't play poorly in 2024 when he's expected to at least start some of the season.

If you're worried about Darnold throwing a pick at any point, perhaps he can take a page out of Welch's book and hawk tuah on the ball so it slides out of the cornerbacks hands. Please hurry up and get here already football.
