In both Minneapolis and St. Paul , garbage collection won’t take place on Thursday. For residents whose collection day falls on or after the holiday, collection will be pushed back by one day.

The same goes for communities served by Dick’s Sanitation Inc .

    Banks

The Fourth of July is a Federal Reserve holiday , meaning banks will be closed. This includes U.S. Bank, Wells Fargo and Huntington Bank.

    Malls, grocery stores

Most retail stores, malls, and supermarkets will be open, though some may have limited hours.
