Concerts to see this week in the Twin Cities: Red Hot Chili Peppers, Gwen Stefani, Limp Bizkit

As always, there's great music to see every night this week in the Twin Cities, from big festivals to drone music, worthwhile benefit shows, and more. (Plus, I've given out the award for greatest band name of all time.)
Here are seven concerts worth your time this week.
Vertighost is a new project from five Minnesota music makers, blending diverse influences from rap to classical, noise rock to jazz. The group features Crescent Moon (Kill the Vultures), guitarist Jeremy Ylvisaker (Alpha Consumer, The Suburbs ), cellist Jacqueline Ultan (Duo CORDA, Dust of Suns), multi-instrumentalist Martin Dosh (Dosh), and bassist Mark Erickson (Detroit, The Cloak Ox).
Limp Bizkit is still at it. Their raucous (but probably not Woodstock '99 raucous) Loserville tour is headed to Somerset, WI . And yes, it's that Corey Feldman on the opening bill.
Meanwhile, in Minneapolis , the Cedar Cultural Center's free outdoor concert series continues with a showcase of drone music that's a mini version of the annual Drone Not Drones marathon . It'll feature performances from Mary Hanson Scott, Fallope / Oliveira / Papach, Paul Metzger, and Crystal Myslajek and Dosh. In both sound and price, it's almost the complete opposite of what's happening in Somerset.
Can't wait for Bob Dylan to come to town (ok, Wisconsin)? The Turf Club is hosting a tribute concert to Dylan and the Grateful Dead featuring Minnesota-based groups.
Strand of Oaks (aka Timothy Showalter) has been busy. In between his seventh and eighth albums, he spent time painting and appearing on Mayans M.C. It's been a bit since the heralded album Pope Killdragon , but his latest release, the synth-rich Miracle Focus , presents a deeply expanded sound from the confessional folk-rock of the past. Showalter has said that the goal was to make something fun. Mission accomplished.
The inaugural year of the Minnesota Yacht Club Festival is a highlight of the summer concert season . The two-day event brings together big names, nostalgia-inducing '90s acts, and beloved local bands. It kicks off Friday with Gwen Stefani and Alanis Morissette headlining, along with performances from The Black Crowes, Joan Jett & the Blackhearts, The Head and the Heart, Durry, Morgan Wade, Michigander, Gully Boys, and Harbor & Home.
Hook & Ladder hosts a benefit concert for trans high school student Colbart Sovereign who was attacked on school property on May 30. The benefit concert will help them with the surgeries and dental work required. It's a good cause and it doesn't hurt that there's a great lineup.
Elsewhere, Noise Party has lined up its next event, which will take place at Icehouse. The series of experimental showcases are consistently fun and out there. Plus, this one has the winner of the Global Award for Excellence in Band Names (I definitely didn't just make that up): Blood Bath & Beyond.
