Farmers markets are a summer fixture that do a whole lot of good. You're not just gseeing where your food comes from and probably grabbing something tastier than you find at the local supermarket, you're supporting local growers, building community, and eating more sustainably .
Around the Twin Cities , there are dozens of farmers markets happening weekly throughout the summer and into the fall.

Minneapolis
Audubon Farmers Market : Thursdays from 4–7 p.m. in the Northeast Market Garden at 2800 Johnson Street NE in Minneapolis through Oct. 31
Farmers Market Annex : Saturdays and Sundays from 7 a.m.–1 p.m. at 200 E Lyndale Ave N in Minneapolis through Oct. 27
Fulton Farmers Market : Saturdays from 8:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. at 4901 Chowen Ave. S in Minneapolis through Oct. 26
Kingfield Farmers Market : Sundays from 8:30 a.m.–1 p.m. at MLK Park, 4055 Nicollet Ave. in Minneapolis through Oct. 27
