Cyber tip leads to child porn arrest
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A Sioux Falls man is in the Minnehaha County jail accused of possessing child pornography. Prosecutors say a cyber tip led them to 28-year-old Lucas Poppenga. Investigators allegedly found ten illegal images on his phone. He is being held on a $25,000 cash-only bond.
