‘Your Laughing Is Going to be Your Undoing’: Jesse Watters And Jessica Tarlov Throw Down Over ‘Tampon Tim’ Walz Jibe

Fox News’ The Five host Jessica Tarlov clashed with co-host Jesse Watters as he mocked Democratic nominee Kamala Harris’ running mate pick Minnesota Governor Tim Walz as “Tampon Tim” as she warned her colleague that “laughing is going to be the undoing of your side.”

The nickname, initially thrown out by former Trump advisor Stephen Miller after Walz’s selection, is rooted in the governor’s support of a bill ensuring free access to feminine hygiene products in school bathrooms, a measure that has been criticized by some conservatives as excessive.

However, the segment on The Five took a turn when Watters and Tarlov sparred over the broader implications as she opened to analyze the criticism of Walz.

“Tampon Tim?” Watters teased.

Tarlov replied: “Tampon Tim. Yes, I would like to talk about it. You know what, if you knew anything about the Pink Tax or how difficult it is for women when they have their period and they don’t have access to tampons –”

Watters interrupted to shout over her: “It’s not about women, they can get as many tampons as they want, give them free tampons. It’s the boys…”

Co-host Jeanine Pirro stopped him: “I want to hear this.

Tarlov continued: “The point of having menstrual products available in a boys’ bathroom, for 4th to 12th graders, that if there is someone who identifies, if there is a biological female who identifies as male and uses that bathroom…”

Watters laughed out loud.

Tarlov snapped back: “Your laughing will be the undoing of your side. I’m telling you that, Jesse.”

“I highly doubt that,” Watters shot back.

“You’re encouraging empathy, which we all admire. Go into an irrational world,” co-host Greg Gutfeld said.

“Go into a men’s bathroom. No one is menstruating, Jessica,” Watters added.

As Tarlov tried to reply, Gutfeld cut in: “We have to move on now, Jessica. We’re 15 minutes in.”

“Not because of me,” she responded.

“I’m not blaming you!” Gutfeld replied.
