AFTON, Minn. — An Afton man is charged with manslaughter and child endangerment in connection with an ATV rollover that killed his daughter and her friend in April 2023. As of midmorning, southern Minnesota was still dealing with heavy rain.Rain is still possible in the Twin Cities in the afternoon and evening, but after that, we've got a stretch of dry time lasting the rest of the week.Highs will approach 80 on Tuesday in the Twin Cities and remain similar on Wednesday, then things will start to warm up.
