Tristan Hamilton, 17, of South Portland, faced one count of solicitation of murder and one arson count in Cumberland County juvenile court. GRAY (WGME) -- A Maine man has been charged with drug trafficking after authorities say they found fentanyl, meth, and more inside his home in Gray.
