– The Paso Robles Police Department reminds the public that modified / loud exhaust is against the California Vehicle Code and they will strictly enforce violations. 27150(a): Every motor vehicle subject to registration shall at all times be equipped with an adequate muffler in constant operation and properly maintained to prevent any excessive or unusual noise, and no muffler or exhaust system shall be equipped with a cutout, bypass, or similar device.

CALIFORNIA, USA — Due to the heat wave conditions and forecast in parts of Northern California, fire weather conditions left some PG&E customers without power Wednesday. PG&E customers affected by power shutoffs are expected to have their power restored Wednesday evening. Power is off for about 2,200 customers due to the power shutoffs as of 6:30 a.m., PG&E said Wednesday.
