Desperate Search for Missing Adult with Medical Condition

The Belleville City Police and the family of Roland Thabar are desperate to find answers on where he is after not having contact with anyone since July 16th 2024.

Roland Thabar, a 59-year-old Filipino male, has been missing since July 16, 2024. He was last seen checking out of St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Belleville, Illinois, after a near-fatal incident where he was found unresponsive in his apartment.

Thabar, who suffers from heart disease, is described as 5'11" and 260 lbs with black hair, brown eyes, and vaccination scars on his left bicep.

Despite his health issues, he is proud and reluctant to seek help. Authorities urge anyone with information to contact the Belleville City Police or the Missing Persons Center.
