    Reckless Driving and Drug Arrest in Scooba, MS

    The Kemper County Sheriff's Department were dispatched to S.R. 45 and Highway 16 in Scooba, MS on Wednesday, September 4, 2024 in regard to reckless driving and racing.

    According to a press release from Kemper County Sheriff's Department, three vehicles were stopped as they entered EMCC property. When searched, two men in one vehicle were found to be in posession of a firearm with two round magazines, one 15 round magazine, and a full box of 250 rounds of .9mm ammunition. Marijuana, as well as scales, grinders, plastic bags and other assorted paraphernalia was also discovered.

    The suspects were identifed as Hykeem Isaiah Holman and Ryan Lee Johnson.

    The suspects were given bonds of $50,000 each.

    There were three other invididuals involved in ithe arrest. Jean Karol Mayo was charged with racing on a state road. Jaylon Michael Houston was charged with participating in racing and reckless driving. Mariah Taureana Faith Houston was charged with posession of marijuana. A fourth individual was arrested for possession of marijuana, but said individual is a juvenile and was not named.

    The last time I checked all but the minor is over 18, and isn’t that racing and reckless driving is a felony, and how much weed did the Houston girl had 🤔shouldn’t the other 3 be pictured too, this isn’t right .

    They probably just caught them, if they went on the campus mean they’re students, hope the school punish all of them too.
