Repeat Offender from Aberdeen Arrested Again

An Aberdeen man was arrested by Monroe County Sheriff's Deputies. The charges were for a felony possession of crack cocaine.

This is not a first offense for Ray Charles Lenoir, who was indicted earlier this year on multiple charges including four counts of trafficking methamphetamine, sale of a controlled substance, and posession of cocaine. At the time of the most recent arrest, Lenoir was out on a $200,000 bond.

According to Monroe County Sheriff's Office, Lenoir is also facing multiple misdemeanor charges: False Identification, driving on a suspended license, and no tag.

Previously, in 2023, Lenoir was also charged with practicing law without a license.

Monroe County Justice Court Judge Sarah Stevens set the bond for Lenoir at $100,000. The investigation is still ongoing into the matter. When more information is released, it will be made available.
