Tate County Man Charged with Burglary of Commercial Building

On Monday, September 23, 2024, David Adam Taylor, a thirty eight year old male from Tate County, was arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department's Major Case Unit of Pontotoc County Sheriff's Department.

According to a press release from Pontotoc COunty Sheriff's Department, Taylor was being investigated by the Major Case Unit for the crime of breaking and entering an unoccupied dwelling. The incident occured in the Fooshee Bend area of Pontotoc County, and took place in the early morning hours of Saturday, September 7, 2024.

Taylor's bond was set by a Pontotoc County Justice Court Judge at $5,000.
