Tupelo Man Served a Warrant for 2021 Case

On Saturday, September 28, 2024, Tupelo Police officers served Robert C. Keith, age fifty two, of Tupelo, a Lee County Circuit Court Capias Warrant. The warrant was served for driving under the influence of alcohol, 4th or subsequent offense.

The warrant was served for a 2021 case. The incident that the case concerns took place on South Church Street.

According to Tupelo Police Department, Keith was held on a $50,000 bond that Lee County Circuit Court issued. The case is currently awaiting trial and will be presented in Lee County Circuit Court.
