    Man from Pearl River Pleads Guilty to Possession with Intent to Distribute on Choctaw Reservation

    Bill Clemons, Jr., age thirty seven, of Pearl River, has pled guilty to possession of over fifteen grams of methamphetamine with intent to distribute on a Choctaw Reservation. The incident took place in the Pearl River area, in the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians.

    According to Darkhorse Press, Clemons, Jr., was previously indicted in January of this year for possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.

    Clemons is awaiting a sentencing on January 14 of 2025. The maximum sentence Clemons could potentially face is twenty years in prison.

    The case was investigated by the Choctaw Police Department, the Drug Enforcement Administration, and the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
