Man Arrested for Kidnapping at Mississippi Truck Stop; 12 Year Old Victim Found

A missing North Carolina girl that had been abducted on September 29 has been found with a South Carolina man at the 35/55 Truck Stop in Carroll County, Mississippi.

Randy Donovan, 53, of Columbus, South Carolina, was arrested on Tuesday, October 1st, and booked on multiple charges after FBI agents recieved a tip that lead to them searching multiple vehicles and found a 12 year old girl that had been missing inside of an 18-wheeler.

In addition to the kidnapping, Donovan was also charged him with possession of child pornography and lustful touching and faces local, state and federal charges between North Carolina to New Orleans, according to a press release from the Carroll County Sheriff’s Department.
