    Tippah County Electric Association Sends Six Line Workers to Aid Hurricane Helene Relief Efforts

    Tippah County Electric Association line workers will be joining the many others who are working to assist victims of Hurricane Helene's catastrophic destruction.

    According to a social media post from Tippah County, the line workers from Tippah County are traveling to Alma, Georgia to aid the damage that occured there.

    The damage from Category 4 Hurricane Helene has left millions without electricity. More than 200 people have been officially pronounced dead, while hundreds more are still missing.

    Kevin Orman, Miles Finley, Michal Miller, Scott Derrick, Matt Bailey and Kyle Horton are the line men from Tippah County Electric Association that are headed to Georgia to assist many others in relief efforts.
