TN Man Receives Multiple Felony Charges after Fleeing from Iuka Pharmacy

The Iuka Police Department, along with Tishomingo County Sheriff's Department responded when an alarm was triggered at a local Iuka Pharmacy on October 5th.

The officers found Kyle Joe Kelly there when they arrived.

Kelly, a Parsons, TN man, fled from officers and was taken into custody after a short pursuit.

Kelly was subsequently charged with felony fleeing, felon in possession of a firearm, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, and an outstanding felony warrant out of Chester County, TN, for Aggravated Assault on a Police Officer, according to Tishomingo County Sheriff's Department.

Holds were also placed for an outstanding warrant in Hardin County TN, as well as the Tennessee Department of Corrections.

Judge Seth Adams set his bond at $81,001.00 for the Felony Possession with intent and for the Felon in Possession of a Firearm charges.
