Woman from Lafayette County Arrested for Alleged Break In

A woman from Lafayette County has been arrested in connection with an alleged break-in and for reportedly trashing a house where she did not reside.

On Sunday, October 13th, 2024, officers with Oxford Police Department responded to a report of a disturbance at a residence in the 900 block of South 18th Street.

Upon arrival at the scene, the officers encountered Kristen Bolen, age twenty nine, of Lafayette County breaking into a residence and damaging it.

Bolen was subsequently arrested. She has been charged with breaking and entering.

A Municipal Court judge has set Bolen's bond.
