    Mississippi State announces spring honors and graduates from JDC

    Mississippi State University held spring 2024 commencement May 9 and 10.

    Jonathan Windham, of Bassfield, was recognized as a Stephen D. Lee Scholar during the commencement exercises.

    Windham is one of 113 students who attained this honor among nearly 3,500 spring graduates.

    Stephen D. Lee Scholars have achieved a cumulative 4.0 grade point average during their college careers.

    Windham, who studied Electrical Engineering, graduated Summa Cum Laude and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from MSU’s Bagley College of Engineering.

    Cody Davis, of Bassfield, also received a Bachelor of Science from MSU’s Bagley College of Engineering during spring commencement.

    Students on the President’s List at Mississippi State achieved a 3.80 or better grade-point average, based on a 4.0 scale, while completing at least 12 semester hours of coursework with no incomplete grades or grades lower than a C.

    MSU’s spring 2024 President’s List includes 4,137 students who attained this honor.

    Abigail Fagan and Jonathan Windham, both of Bassfield, were named to the President’s List.
