If you're a fan of Japanese cuisine, KiTARO Bistro of Japan is a must-visit. I've been to many Japanese restaurants, but this one stands out for its high-quality food and entertaining dining experience. The hibachi stir fry is a standout dish, although I did miss the mushrooms in the veggies. The sushi, while not the best I've had, is still decent. However, the sushi rice could be softer and they could serve more wasabi with sushi orders.

The ginger salad and soup are excellent, and I prefer the soup here over other places as it's not too thick. The ambiance is modern and clean, making it a great spot for a date night. They even serve noodles with their hibachi experience, which is not something all places offer. The service is also commendable, with polite and hardworking staff.

Despite a few minor issues like visible crumbs on the floor and the chef having to clean the grill before cooking, the overall experience was pretty decent. The food was very good and the atmosphere was much nicer than other Japanese steakhouses I've visited. So, if you're in the mood for some quality Japanese food in a great atmosphere, KiTARO Bistro of Japan is worth a visit.
