My first visit to Black Bear Diner Independence was a delightful experience. The organic food was a standout, especially the chicken pesto crepe, banana crepe, turkey crepe, and omelet. The fruit and vegetable salad was fresh and the unique coconut sauce added an unexpected twist. The presentation of the dishes was beautiful, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.

The decor of the restaurant is bear-themed, which I found extremely cute. It even extends to the exterior, adding a unique charm to the place. The service was warm and friendly, making me feel right at home.

However, it wasn't all perfect. The cleanliness could be improved, especially in the dining areas and restroom. Also, while I enjoyed my meal, I did hear a fellow diner express disappointment with their club sandwich. But, on the bright side, another diner was raving about their burger.

Despite these minor issues, I found Black Bear Diner Independence to be a great spot for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They serve breakfast all day and have a little bit of everything on their menu. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
