Albany mobile grocer expands to downtown community market
ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - A mobile food initiative is setting up shop in Downtown Albany to fight the war against food insecurity in the area. Tiffany and Tommie Terrell’s mobile initiative called “A Better Way Grocers” serves Dougherty, Colquitt, Thomas, and Mitchell Counties. Now they say their new community market, located on 106 South Jackson Street, will help solve the food insecurity problem in Downtown Albany.
