NEAR BRANSON, Mo. (KY3) - A passenger inside a derailed train at Silver Dollar City in October 2022 filed a lawsuit. Rebecca Everhart sued Silver Dollar City and the Herschend Family Entertainment Corporation for negligence. The lawsuit states Silver Dollar City failed to maintain the train, causing it to derail.
