Mobile Ballet sets Summer Salsa Night fundraiser at Dauphin’s and Las Floriditas

MOBILE, Ala. ( WRKG ) — The Mobile Ballet is preparing to host the amazing Summer Salsa Night.

According to a press release, the upcoming event that will include salsa dancing and many tasty culinary delights for the patrons is scheduled for 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday, July 28.

The Summer Salsa Night will begin at Dauphin’s from the 34th floor.

Guests will be able to overlook the beautiful skyline of Downtown Mobile while enjoying curated wine and Latin-inspired cuisine.

As the night goes on, the party will continue at Las Floriditas, to enjoy craft cocktails and savory desserts. Alvin King and the Fifth K’Nection Jazz Band will perform at the Cuban Speakeasy for all to dance to or simply enjoy.

Salsa lessons led by Mobile Ballet’s fabulous artist duo, Israel Rodriguez and Katia Garza will be held for guests at all dance levels. Everyone will be able to perfect new salsa moves and have a great night; all leading up to the dance contest with many captivating performances.

The attire is anything salsa-esque and tickets for an individual will be $75 while couples are priced at $135. The tickets include the food, drinks, and salsa lessons. You must be 21+ to attend the event.
