Baton Rouge artist with local roots wins festival poster competition
Genevieve Breckoff is the winner of the 2024 Louisiana Shrimp & Petroleum Festival poster and pin contest. Breckoff said she wanted her design to be fun. The acrylic work is a shoutout to the festival's origins with three big shrimp wearing hard hats with oil well logos.
