I am on the budget plan. I pay $261.00 a month. But my overage is an extra $1,200 plus. Having an all Electric Manufactured home and a 5000 BTU A/C. If I didn't have the budget plan, my Electric bill would be over normally $400.00 plus a month. I hate to see what my new Budget plan bill will be. Being on Social Security, having to pay for medical bills, food mKes it rough

Customers in these areas are paying WAY more than a 12% increase. Many have seen their bills double not including random charges on top of their actual electrical usage. Total scam.
