Burns Street near West Linn library to close for 11 days
After an initial postponement, the city of West Linn is now planning to close a portion of Burns Street near the West Linn Public Library and West Linn Central Village between July 22 and Aug. 2. Burns Street will be closed between Hood Street and Cascade Street while crews perform utility work, excavate the existing road and subgrade and rebuild the road, according to a notice from the city. The city asks drivers to detour around the closure via Hood Street, Holly Street and River Street.
