New Jersey Couple Get Their Tesla Windshield Destroyed By A Falling… Fish?

Flying fish? According to NJ.com , a New Jersey couple in Monmouth County is trying to replace the windshield on their Tesla after a fish rained down from the sky and shattered the glass. The family heard a crash outside of their home, and then heard the alarm on the Tesla ringing in the driveway. But when they went out to investigate, all they found was a big spiderweb on the windshield and a fish on the ground. Daughter Sage Levine said: “It’s so absurd." So how does a fish fall from the sky? Most likely, the culprit is a bird of prey. New Jersey is home to a number of predatory birds such as eagles, hawks, falcons, ospreys, kestrels and more. Larger raptors feast heavily on fish by flying just above the water's surface, dipping their talons into the water, and snatching up a catch.
