Davenport Man Sentenced to 13 Years for Cocaine Distribution Conspiracy
A Davenport man has been sentenced to 13 years in federal prison for conspiracy to distribute cocaine and cocaine base. According to public court documents and evidence presented at the sentencing hearing, Domonique Deshawn Parrow, 38, was identified by law enforcement as a distributor of cocaine and cocaine base, which he distributed directly from his residence for at least three years. During the search executed at Parrow’s residence, law enforcement found cocaine and cocaine base packaged for resale, a firearm, and money. In total, Parrow was responsible for the distribution of at least 3.2 kilograms of cocaine during the conspiracy.
