Monroe Township, Pa. — Police discovered a woman allegedly carrying several bags of methamphetamine near her crashed car. Terra Lynn Painter, of Orefield, got the items from her overturned vehicle on Route 220 in Monroe Township, Trooper Nathan Smith said.
