A new bookstore cafe and a 'superfood' restaurant are planned for Monrovia. The Black Cat Bookstore & Cafe plans to locate at 415 S. Myrtle, between Lime and Lemon. The cafe will also have books and a reading area, and will host workshops focused on arts and crafts for adults. Details.

We were found at Crenshaw Park by nice citizens who were concerned that we were overheated. We’re now at the shelter and receiving great care, but we want to go home. We’re both microchipped, but the shelter hasn’t had any luck getting in touch with our owner.
