According to Paws 4 Blue K-9, Police K-9s from all over western Massachusetts will be in attendance and will perform demonstrations at the fundraiser. This is a family fun day for the entire family with 95 craft vendors, great food, merchandise, and more.

Demonstrations by the dogs listed on the event flyer will begin at noon, showcasing their skills and the important work they do in law enforcement. The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Westview Farms Creamery in Monson.

Paws 4 Blue K-9’s mission is to provide grants to Police Agencies K-9 programs that do not have an allocated budget and Retired Police K-9s in need of funding. Their goal is to raise awareness as to how these police dogs impact local communities and to spread the understanding as to why these police gods are so vital to police agencies.

“Our mission is very important,” said Jan, founder of Paws 4 Blue K-9. “Most police agencies lack the necessary funds for their K9 programs, and it’s often the handlers who end up paying out of their own pockets. We aim to alleviate this burden through our fundraising efforts.”
