On July 6, 2024 at approximately 5:43 PM, Precinct 8 Deputy Haroun with Constable Phil Sandlin’s Office initiated at traffic stop on a vehicle for fail to signal in the 18200 block of Gulf Freeway. The driver was identified as 55 year old Rocky Zeno Pantalion. While conducting an investigation, it was found the driver did not have a driver’s license or insurance. Deputy Haroun proceeded to have the vehicle towed and conducted an inventory search of the vehicle. Deputies located .23 grams of methamphetamine and a handgun.
