Manchester Man Self-Surrenders After Alleged Shooting at Local Convenience Store
On Wednesday morning, a 22-year-old man, Diogene Nsengiyumva of Manchester, turned himself into the police in connection with a shooting incident that happened at a local convenience store in Manchester, New Hampshire.
