4K Restored SEVEN SAMURAI To Screen At Park Theatre
The film has been called a masterpiece by so many, it's hard to keep count. For it's 50th Anniversary, SEVEN SAMURAI has been completely restored in 4K for the first time. PORTSMOUTH — Strawbery Banke Museum recently announced that Vintage & Vine – A Wine Festival in Historic Style will be moving to Thursday, Sept. 12. The event, now in its 36th year, has previously occurred on the second Saturday in September. Breeze Airways is coming to Portsmouth Airport at Pease this fall
Travelers can get to Florida aboard the low-cost carrier. Breeze Airways will service a second Granite State airport beginning this fall, the airline announced on Wednesday. The low-cost carrier, which launched three years ago, will begin flying at Portsmouth International Airport at Pease in October. Breeze made its New Hampshire debut in June at Manchester-Boston Regional Airport, with flights to Orlando and Charleston, S.C.
‘Jennie’s Story' comes to life through stage play
HILL — In the fall of 2023, students at the Jennie D. Blake School held a book release party for their historical fiction project, "Jennie’s Story," based on the life of Jennie Lind Dickerson Blake, the teacher for whom the school was named.
