As a parent of two teenage girls attending Harrison, I'm appalled that Allen obstructed law enforcement from interviews. The students were not being treated as suspects. They are the victims that were subjects to sexual misconduct at the hands of a teacher. Montana law clearly states that minors can be interviewed at school, so long as there are no suspects. These children were then referred for forensic interviews and additional services due to what they endured.
