Cat that lost leg after being shot in Soledad up for adoption
SALINAS, Calif. — Libby, the cat that was rescued by the SPCA Monterey County after being shot in the leg on the Fourth of July, is now up for adoption. She was found with a pellet and shattered bone in her right leg, which was later amputated. She's remained in the care of the SPCA since then, with soft bedding and food and water.
