View an updated Deer Creek home during an August 4 open house in the popular east Montgomery neighborhood loaded with amenities.

“The home was custom built in 2005 by Lowder New Homes,” Lynn said. “Lowder is still building new homes in family-friendly Deer Creek. The walking and biking paths offer peaceful views of the water and nature.”
Other updates to the home include new flooring and new toilets. “The home is like new,” Lynn said. “The design provides two living areas, a bonus room or office, great room and fireplace. The home is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac.”
