Turnout was so strong for the third annual gun buyback event Saturday Rockville City Police and the Montgomery County State’s Attorney’s Office ran out of gift cards. Those voluntarily surrendering firearms – some showed up one hour before the start of the event – received a $100 Visa gift card for their handguns, rifles and shotguns.
