Miami Twp. police lieutenant put on leave again, after alleged weapon incident
A police lieutenant for Miami Twp. in Montgomery County is on leave for the second time this year, this time after an alleged incident involving a weapon in Perry Twp. The incident involving Lt. Jason Etter, 47, took place Saturday, according to Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas documents. Etter was arraigned Tuesday in Montgomery County Municipal Court-Western Division on 16 counts of aggravated menacing and one count of handling a weapon while intoxicated. All charges are first-degree misdemeanors.

Alleged Ohio impaired driver reportedly goes 114 mph
An alleged impaired driver was taken off of the road in Montgomery County. A trooper from the Dayton Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol reportedly caught an alleged impaired driver traveling well above the speed limit on July 4. Dashcam footage shows the trooper take off after the vehicle at 8:36 p.m. on State Route 4 in Montgomery County.
Dayton man stabbed, killed by neighbor following a dispute
Dayton, Ohio – Over the weekend, an awful incident happened in Dayton that resulted in the death of a local man following a stabbing claimed to have started from a conflict between neighbors. The Montgomery County Coroner’s Office on Monday has identified the victim as 43-year-old Randall Middleton.

Ohio Man Arrested for Etching Racist Graffiti at Elementary School and Bomb Threats: Dayton Authorities
A Dayton resident has been charged for his alleged involvement in leaving offensive graffiti on a nearby school and making bomb threats. A 62-year-old man named Paul Chirco was charged on Friday in Dayton Municipal Court with inducing panic and making false alarms. Dayton police announced on social media that they were submitting multiple felony charges to the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office.
