Boil water notices lifted for 20 water systems in Houston region after Beryl caused power outages
Boil water notices for 20 public water systems have been lifted after Hurricane Beryl knocked out power across the Houston region. According to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, normal operating water pressure levels have returned throughout the systems and bacteriological sample test results indicate the water is free of bacteria.
