Driver and passenger arrested on multiple felony charges in Montgomery County
MONTGOMERY, Texas — A traffic stop on Highway 105 near Marina Drive led to the arrest of two individuals on multiple felony charges, authorities said. Edward Nikolik was arrested for two felony warrants out of Galveston County and two felony counts of possession of a controlled substance, according to a press release from the Montgomery County Precinct 1 Constable's Office. The passenger, Sarah Schneider, was also arrested for possession of a controlled substance, according to the Montgomery County Constable.
Drones being used to search for shooting suspect in Spring
SPRING, Texas (KIAH) — Neighbors are being told to stay inside and lock their doors after a deadly shooting in the Spring area Tuesday night. Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office said that around 6:45 p.m., a man in a ski mask killed another man outside an apartment complex on the 300 block of Raypine Drive, near the North Freeway and Rayford Road.
