SOUTH DEERFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Spirit Shoppe will be reducing their hours across all locations after the Deerfield Police conducted a compliance check at the South Deerfield location. An 18 year old Frontier Regional School student working with the police for the compliance check bought a six pack of beer without having their identification checked. As a result of the violation, the store fired the employee and created an action plan including reducing hours and hiring full-time employees only.
