MGM Springfield presents donation to help Stuff the Bus
SPRINGFIELD, MA (WGGB/WSHM) - Donations have been pouring in for our Stuff the Bus drive to get much needed supplies to children in need in our area ahead of the first day of school. From notebooks to binders and crayons, Western Mass News viewers are continuing to donate hundreds of donations all in an effort to lend a helping hand to students and families in need for the upcoming school year. Western Mass News and the United Way of Pioneer Valley have come together this year to collect all the essentials students need in the classroom and, so far, they have 1,000 backpacks filled with supplies for homeless children in the region.
