Montgomery, Pa. — Two men were charged after they engaged in a mutually-agreed fight in Montgomery, police said.

Brandon Michael Buck, 24, of Hughesville argued with Aiden Elijah Schwenk-Probst, 18, of Muncy near a home in the 60 block of E. Houston Avenue, Trooper Dylan Houser said. Buck allegedly punched Schwenk-Probst before being tackled. Both men wrestled on the ground, according to the complaint.

The fight was set after Buck allegedly slapped a phone from the hand of Schwenk-Probst’s friend, Houser wrote in the affidavit. Schwenk-Probst told police he wanted to see if Buck was strong enough to stand his ground, according to Houser.

Buck had bruising under his left eye and shoulder, along with cuts on his right elbow and upper arm, House said. A witness shared video of the fight with law enforcement.

Buck is being charged with simple assault, harassment, criminal mischief, and disorderly conduct. Schwenk-Probst is being charged with simple assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct. Both men are scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing in August. No bail is listed for either Buck or Schwenk-Probst.
